Custom Research is the most comprehensive approach to filling your employment needs. First, we discuss the job requirements of your position(s). Together we develop a customized research plan that includes a list of companies that will employ the people with your required skill sets. Once we have all the necessary information, we begin the research process. We identify the specific individuals from the target companies. Within seven to ten business days we provide you with a list of candidates who have the skills you require. This will include the person’s name, contact information, and phone number. Recruiting the candidate is left to you.

Candidate Profiling Services can help you with your recruiting efforts. We screen candidates based on your job requirements and required skills. These may include educational background, salary, or years of industry experience. We present your opportunity and solicit resumes ensuring the candidates have interest in your opportunity. Once we receive the candidates resumes, we immediately forward them to you.

FEES
Our Custom Research and Candidate Profiling Services fees are project based. You receive a detailed proposal prior to our initiation of the project.
