The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the overall operations of the organization. The Chief Executive Officer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Represent the organization to the public, its constituencies, health care organizations, professional associations, purchases of healthcare services, governmental agencies, etc.
• Evaluate business opportunities, monitors national and local trends, and maintains contacts in the community and with other health care providers to build innovative partnerships and programs that deliver value in new ways.
• Maintain effective working relationships with medical staff, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies.
• Directs the strategic planning process, short term as well as annual goal-directed activities, and ensures achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
• Responsible for growing the number of accountable managed care lives cared for in the network.
• Prepare reports for the senior leadership and in turn the Board of Directors that reflect the progress and success of the organization.
• Provide the necessary resources for managerial staff to develop plans for achievement of short and long-range goals and objectives.
• Manage relationships with any 3rd party vendors and/or Third Party Administrators and customers.
• Provide direction and is accountable for the effective and efficient operation of the organization.

The Chief Operating Officer provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people resources in place to effectively live up to the company's mission and strategic direction.

Chief Operating Officer responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• • Sets direction, clarifies expectations and gains commitment of the leadership team to lead in line with mission, values, and strategies.
  • Assesses the need for changes and initiates when appropriate.
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and employees designed to meet the objectives of the organization.
  • Motivate and lead a high performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team; provide mentoring on an on-going basis.
  • Is a member of the executive staff, attending and participating in executive meetings, discussions and decisions.
  • Contributes to the evaluation and development of overall operational strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
  • Provides strategic leadership and supervision for the operational functions of the organization, providing guidance and direction to achieve corporate needs and strategies.
  • Attends Board meetings as requested by the President and CEO.
  • Collaborates with all departments to create systems to resolve issues that impact departmental and/or organizational goals and/or participant/resident care delivery.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of all regulatory requirements as applicable
  • Promotes safe work practices and constructively works to improve conditions that may affect the health and safety of employees.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory and governing agency requirements; formulates and directs the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Provides reports as requested by the President and CEO.
  • Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to the President and CEO for consideration.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the company’s finance and accounting operations. This position will be a key contributor towards making strategic growth decisions by providing financial data integrity and reporting, and managing/overseeing AP, billing and collections, budgetary issues, cash and treasury management, employee payroll, financial planning analysis and reporting, and tax planning, filing and compliance.

This position will work closely with the COO and CEO in developing financial planning as it relates to the company’s continued financial profitability and growth, and will ensure timely, accurate reporting of all relevant financial data.

With direct report to the President of the Home Health Division, this regional position is responsible for providing leadership, management and direction to achieve effective and efficient delivery of high quality, innovative clinical care in compliance with state, federal and accreditation requirements within targeted budgetary goals for the division. Responsibilities include the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of systems which support both clinical and business functions, as well as collaborating with corporate and senior leadership to ensure attainment of organizations goals.

The Executive Director serves as the Administrator of the home health provider and is responsible for the administration of the day to day operations of the home care provider. This includes: coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of the company; oversight of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; enhancing the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.

Executive Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for continual compliance with all federal and state regulations, laws, and policies and procedures applicable to Home Health. Maintains personal knowledge of up-to-date federal, state, and Joint Commission regulations.
• Employs qualified individuals and accepts responsibility for daily agency operations of the whole provider.
• Ensures that the Clinical Director is available during all operating hours or directly provides coverage for those duties.
• Must be immediately available to be on-site during business hours, or immediately available by telephone when off site conducting agency business, including but not limited to community presentations, conferences, and meeting with physicians. Available after hours as needed.
• Responsible for directing day to day operations of the provider.
• Supervises all patient care activities to ensure the delivery of safe, economical, and efficient patient care, which adheres to relevant standards of accepted nursing and medical practice, to include federal and state regulations, and Joint Commission standards, as well as to ensure compliance with payer source criteria.
• Assists in policy review and revisions as requested to establish and support the highest possible quality of patient care, cost controls, quality assurance, and staff performance. Ensures that established policies are enforced.
• Provides and / or ensures patient care according to the plan of care as ordered by the physician.
• Provides timely performance evaluation of personnel.
• Assures regularly scheduled continuing education for personnel and supervises compliance of staff with online learning management courses.
• Provides supervision to direct reports on an on-going basis to ensure compliance.
• Assists with staff recruitment to ensure that adequate staffing is maintained. Operates within the staffing model.
• Conducts at least monthly meetings with the medical director. Approves medical director invoices and submits on a monthly basis to the Home Office with appropriate supporting documentation for timely payment.
• Ensures that only qualified personnel are hired. Oversees licensure verification, certification, and credentialing as required by law and policy prior to employment and annually thereafter. On an on-going basis, ensures maintenance of records to support competency of all personnel.
• Assures compliance with and ensures timely follow up on daily external vendor clinical edits, outcome support, and coding edits.
• Acts as a liaison between staff, patients, and upper management to ensure information is shared appropriately.
• Ensures adequate staffing of agencies, as well as adequate staff education on an initial and on-going basis and staff evaluations on a new hire and annual basis.
• Implements and maintains an effective budgeting and accounting system on an annual basis. Provides input to the budgeting process as appropriate.
• Oversees an effective QAPI program ensuring improvement plan execution and follow-up.
• Oversees weekly reports, including claims alert, late EMS, unverified services, and orders audit, to ensure timely and accurate billing and payroll.
• Supervises the maintenance and accuracy of patient care and employee records.

We are seeking a DPCS to plan, organize, and assist the Operations Director with providing quality patient care for Home Health. Position will also assist in scheduling, participates in team meetings, represents clinical staff, aides in the hiring process, and holds IDT meeting.

We are currently seeking a Home Health Clinical Supervisor to provide overall supervision of RNs for direct and indirect patient care. The Clinical Supervisor also assures quality of care to the patients, ensures staff competency, and assist the Director of Clinical Services in times of need. Must be an RN with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare.
